## Description

Central house, furnished and prepared for all seasons, with a front and back patio and a terrace for spending afternoons in good company.

The Space
Bright and in a quiet location. Ideal for long stays and families. It has one bedroom with a double bed (with the option of a cot), and one bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms are suitable for up to four guests. The house is cool and has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining area; it also has a stove for winter. There is a front patio with a shower, ideal for after the beach, with a table and chairs to relax, and a kayak is available. There is also a back patio for washing and drying clothes.

It is located in the central area of the village of Rodalquilar, in a quiet area. It is easily accessible by car, and street parking is available.

The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and mosquito nets; the kitchen is equipped, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower for ease of use.

There is a small television, internet, books, and leisure games.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a large-capacity microwave oven.

Any other area not listed here, if used, is at the guests' own risk. This includes the rooftop terrace, which is typical of the area's buildings for cooling but is neither designed nor adapted for habitation.
